Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Learn to teach Aerial Yoga from Jo Stewart the author of Eight Limbs of Aerial Yoga: Adapting Practice for Accessibility, Neurodiversity and Physical Support!

Begin your aerial yoga teaching journey in a nurturing and supportive small group setting (maximum of 6 students).

This training will provide you with the foundations to share aerial yoga practice in a welcoming, inclusive and accessible way.

This training is body positive, trauma informed and neurodiversity friendly!

The course consists of 50 in person hours, you will receive lots of individual support to help you find your voice as a teacher. There are many opportunities for practice teaching, class planning and sequencing, adapting practice for pre and post natal students, bigger bodies and older adults.

Sessions will take place on alternating Sundays, with breaks between to allow for integration, practice and personal energy management. We understand it can be challenging to fit a long training into a professional teaching schedule and the course structure is designed with this in mind.

Prerequisites

This course is designed as continuing education for qualified yoga teachers and will be registered with Yoga Australia for CPD.

If you already hold a 200+ hour yoga teacher training certification prior to completing our 50 hour Aerial Yoga Teacher training, you will become a certified Aerial Yoga Teacher upon completion of this course.
